Case Dismissed

Happy to report the dismissal of another case today in the El Dorado County Superior Court.

My client was facing up to 6 months in county jail for possession of drug paraphernalia.  Upon lengthy conversations with my client’s PO and treatment providers, we were able to convince the Judge and District Attorney that no further punishment or treatment orders were needed for this individual to continue to progress and rehabilitate.
